Wendy Dio, one of the first female music managers in the testosterone-fueled world of heavy metal. She was one of the original founders of Los Angeles Women in Music, and began by managing her husband, Ronnie James Dio (called the “Pavarotti of Heavy Metal” by Jack Black) and went on to oversee the careers of multiple other artists. She is the President and Owner of Niji Management, Inc., a personal management company which she established 30 years ago, and the record label, Niji Entertainment Group, Inc., which to date has released fourteen albums.
