An early innovator in the natural supplement and wellness space, Josh Taekman serves as CEO of EBOOST, the industry leader of CLEAN FUEL FOR A BETTER YOU products he founded in 2008. An entrepreneur at heart with multi-faceted specialties, Taekman began his career co-founding Bad Boy Entertainment. He served as VP of Marketing, spearheading endorsements, cross-promotional opportunities, and partnerships with outside artists (Jay Z, Lauren Hill, Eminem, Busta Rhymes, 50 Cent, and others). Taekman also worked closely with Sean Love Combs and orchestrated his non-music oriented ventures, including creating the infamous White Party, Sean John Clothing, Lincoln “Sean John” Navigator, and C-Suite relationships with Forbes 500 companies.
He is an executive producer of Netflix’s recent documentary, Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell. After his Bad Boy Entertainment tenure, he founded Buzztone Agency. As President of his marketing company, he expanded the agency to 40+ employees and built a client roster that included Microsoft, Coca Cola, Bacardi, Coors, Warner Bros Films, Sony Pictures, Nokia, New Era, and Nike. Today he focuses on EBOOST, the first-of-its-kind natural energy and recovery ready-to-drink beverage named “Best New Product” of 2019 by BevNET. EBOOST is now sold in over 4,000 locations across the U.S. Taekman is also active in the investor community, leveraging his experience to invest in and provide guidance to up-and-coming CPG brands and disruptive companies.
